Recommended Posts

I have two hybrids the first is a yellow lab and metriaclima zebra (psuedotropheus zebra) or (zebra), and the second is metriaclima estherae (red zebra) and metriaclima zebra (psuedotropheus zebra) or (zebra) . The first are pretty with two distinct colorations with pearl colored vertical bars with a light yellow or light tanish body. The other colors consist of bluish with light vertical bars. The second hybrid is yet to be seen. As soon as the red zebra spits them out and i let them grow a little i promise the pics will come soon, until then please reply whatever queeries you have and ill answer or read your comments.

I'm sorry because I respect everyone's opinion but who are we to get fish from there natural habitat and play hilter with. If there are hybrids wouldn't it just make the market for pure fish better? Couldn't breeders make a little extra money be selling pure bloods to the dedicated hobbyist's? Or are people to afraid of not having the elaborate "rare" fish that are already out there? I think hybrids would make the breeding community a better commodity. ;)

i have seen you make similar hitler comparisons in other forums...it isn't needed since you have no idea what hitler did. stop being childish about your hybrids.

I can't believe you would compare the suffering of millions of people at the hands of a madman to your hybrids. Please, shut up until you know what you are talking about.

Would hybrids make the marketplace for wild species better? Not really, they would just leak out and polute the gene pool. Many of these species are at great risk in their natural habitat so if we ruin what we have in captivity, we might lose these species all together.
