Cement rocks

Does anybody have expirence with making your own cement rocks..

Matt,
I don't have any experience making cement rocks, but I do have some experience making styrofoam look like rocks. One of the simplest, most useful methods I hve found is covered in the link below:

"Aquarium Background"

Although this article relates directly to creating aquarium backgrounds, the same concept and recipes can be applied to making "rocks." Enjoy, and let me know if this helps.
