I have a 55 gal tank with 8 cichlids ranging from 8" to 3" I currently run a 304 Fluval. I was thinking because of the number of fish I had, and if I wanted any more fish, that I would need to bump up my filtration. A Fish store guy recommended just adding another Fluval 304 and run both. Of course he wanted to sell me his for $150....found one in cataloge for $69 + shipping. Any advice?

$69 is a real good price...you really may want to consider getting a bigger tank if you want to add fish. if you want to add more filtration, then go with that 304.
